We want you to love your new greenery; if your plant arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be returned in their original nursery pots to ensure their health during transit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the plant you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.
Document the Condition
For live plants, please upload a clear photo showing the current condition of the foliage and soil to help us process your claim quickly.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the plant back into its original shipping box, using the provided biodegradable inserts to prevent the pot from shifting.
Ship and Track
Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once we verify the plant's health.
