We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the pot and protect the foliage. Each plant is insulated based on the season to prevent temperature shock during transit.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in photos?
All plants are shipped in nursery grow pots to ensure root health. However, you can choose to add a decorative ceramic or terracotta pot to your order from our 'Planters' collection.
How can I get help if my plant looks unhealthy?
Our team of horticulturists is available via email or chat. Send us a photo of your plant, and we will provide a custom care plan to help it thrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to comply with agricultural regulations and ensure the shortest possible travel time for our live products.
